The apartment comprises one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed for two. Few minutes short walk to the beach with its stunning views, the popular Lido brasserie, and Scotts highly regarded restaurant and bar in the marina.

Local shops, cafes and restaurants are just round the corner and Morrisons supermarket is only a few minutes' drive away. Walking distance to several golf courses including Royal Troon.

| In the lounge/diner there is a 42"/106cm flat screen with Freeview digital TV, DVD/CD player, leather and fabric sofas, dining suite. The fully fitted well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with hob, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc. Fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle and shaver point. Sorry, no pets or smokers please.
