Twin / family room with two large single beds (can be double) and cot-bed. Adjacent family bathroom, including corner bath and shower

Small single room, sharing family bathroom.

Rooms are centrally-heated and comfortably furnished, with hospitality tray, tea and coffee-making facilities, colour television (excluding single room).

Main bedrooms with hanging and drawer space. All rooms have complimentary towels, toiletries and hair-dryer.

Comfortable guest lounge has colour TV, local and Scottish tourist information and reading-material, together with a living-flame gas fire for cooler evenings.

Double room - £25.00 per person per night
Twin/family room - £25.00 per person per night

Single room - £22.00 per person per night

Reduced rate for children aged 5 -15; no charge for under-fives

Single occupancy of twin or double room - £30.00 per person per night.

Payment by cash or cheque - reduced rates available for longer stays

Breakfast

All rates include full Scottish or Continental breakfast, prepared to order and using fairly-traded produce where possible. Special diets catered for on request.

Menu includes fruit-juice, choice of cereals or porridge, fried, scrambled, poached or boiled eggs, back bacon, sausage, black pudding, tomato, mushrooms, fried bread or potato scone, toast, preserves, honey, tea, filter or decaffeinated coffee.

Continental breakfast includes fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli or cereal, toast, croissants etc (when available), honey, preserves, tea and filter or decaffeinated coffee.
