Fordell is an elegant Victorian semi-villa, situated at Barassie on Troon's north shore overlooking the Firth of Clyde and Isle of Arran. The adjacent beach and rocky outcrop is a haven for wildlife, there are plenty of golf courses nearby and the local railway station with frequent trains to Glasgow & Prestwick Airport is only a few minutes away. We are adjacent to the No. 7 Cycle path and offer good drying facilities for wet cyclists and golfers. Secure covered parking inside the garden is available for cycles and motorbikes.



Relax in our visitor's lounge where you will find plenty to read or just enjoy the stunning views and magnificent sunsets.

Bathrooms – upstairs modern, with in-bath shower and downstairs a Jacuzzi bath and shower.

From £25 - £30 per person per night for single occupancy of twin room
Rates vary according to time of year and length of stay.
Reduced rates for 3 nights or more.
Supplement charged for private facilities if only one room required.

Both these twin rooms are on the upper floor and are not en-suite but share a bathroom with shower.

The eggs are free range and local when possible
