Sandhill House is set amidst 9 acres of lawn and woodland, approached by a long tree lined driveway which opens up to reveal an elegant mansionhouse built originally as a dower house and now enjoying a new role as a beautifully appointed contemporary country house B&B with spectacular sea views across Royal Troon Golf Course. It is as elegant and comfortable as one would expect with wood panelling, stone fireplaces and ornate furnishings. A warm welcomes awaits - it really is quite, quite special.

| We have two suites available, the Butterwick and the Donavon together with other spacious, comfortable double rooms, some of which have twin beds while others have double beds. |
We offer you a friendly service with tea and scones on arrival. Dinner for groups is available by prior arrangement, cooked by our guest chef who will provide food either based on traditional Scottish fare or you can choose your favourite dishes.
Sandhill dwells in 9 acres of land and has splendid views across Royal Troon Golf Course to the sea. The grounds have ample open areas, woodland to explore and a working stable where it is possible to watch the horses being groomed. The surrounding area is rich in wildlife and if you are fortunate you may see squirrels, birds of prey or other wildlife, either in the grounds or nearby.

We are located only 10 minutes from Prestwick and Western Gailes Golf
Clubs, 5 minutes from Prestwick Airport and 10 minutes from Seacat Ferry
Terminal (Ireland).
