Southpark Annexe is situated in the prestigious locality of Southwoods which runs adjacent to Royal Troon Golf Course. Only a few minutes from all local golf courses, fabulous watersports beaches at Southbeach and Barassie and also in close proximity to Troon's major 'wedding venue' hotels. It is a fantastic base for enjoying the delights of this wonderful Ayrshire town.

| The annexe sleeps a maximum of 4 people. A feature spiral staircase leads to two twin bedrooms (or doubles) with wardrobe and storage. |
| The annexe has been newly renovated to a high standard. It is fully double glazed and benefits from gas central heating. It has an open plan living kitchen/dining area with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, widescreen TV, wireless internet, etc. Also on the ground floor is a fresh modern bathroom with bath and shower. |
