One large double bedroomed, ground floor flat available for holiday let. The flat is situated on a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town centre and offers unrestricted parking. The flat has been recently redecorated and has everything you might need for that weekend away from it all or if you want to enjoy the Ayrshire air for a week or longer. The flat is available on a short or long term basis and can be cleaned either daily or weekly.



The property can sleep up to four people on a queen size double bed and large sofa bed which is in the lounge. The large lounge area has two sofas and a dining table which can seat up to 6 people and comes equipped with a TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with gas cooker, microwave oven and washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath with constant hot water available. Linen can be provided on request. There are gardens for the use of residents and the neighbours are quiet.

Tariff

Accommodation is available from one night stays to longer term. Prices from £35 per night for the whole flat, weekly stays available from £135 - more detailed pricing information available when enquiring about availability and discounts apply the longer the booking is for.
