One large double bedroomed, ground floor flat available for holiday or longer lets. The flat is situated on a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town centre and offers unrestricted parking. The flat has been recently redecorated and has everything you might need for that weekend away from it all or if you want to enjoy the Ayrshire air for a week or longer. The flat is available on a short or long term basis and can be cleaned either daily or weekly.



The property can sleep up to four people on a queen size double bed and large sofa bed which is in the lounge. The large lounge area has two sofas and a dining table which can seat up to 6 people and comes equipped with a TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with gas cooker, microwave oven and washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath with constant hot water available. Linen can be provided on request. There are gardens for the use of residents and the neighbours are quiet.

Tariff

£ 75 per night on a single night booking basis
£ 140 total for either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday bookings
£ 210 total for Friday/Saturday/Sunday
£ 275 total for four night stays - Monday to Thursday inclusive
