Air Conditioned Double bedroom with en suite WC, shower and washbasin. King size bed with large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. Window with fly screen and glazed door to exterior and parking area. Electric fan and wall heater.

Double bed, bedside tables, clock radio, wall lights, mirror, electric fan, wall heater. Chest of drawers and hanging wardrobe. Window with fly screen. Separate bathroom with WC, bath, shower and wash basin.
BEDROOM No.6

Single bed with bedside lamp, clock, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, electric fan and wall heater. Window with fly screen. Separate WC, shower and washbasin.
EXTERIOR

The covered terrace at the front of the house has comfortable seating for relaxing in the shade. There is parking space for three vehicles. At the rear of the house there is a large covered terrace for dining alfresco, sun bathing areas, large private swimming pool, lawn for table tennis, badminton and recreation. Washing machine, washing lines. gas barbeque for dining alfresco.

THE POOL

The large 10m x 5m pool has a shallow end of 1.2m and goes to a depth of 2m. A non-slip, paved patio is on three side of the pool with sun beds and parasols for relaxation. There is a fence between the main terrace and the pool edge, for the safety of very young children.

Local activities: Tennis available locally & way-marked rambling within two kilometres. Cycling, fishing, golf, tennis, canoeing and lake with many leisure activities nearby.
