The covered terrace at the front of the house has comfortable seating
for relaxing in the shade. There is parking space for three vehicles.
At the rear of the house there is a large covered terrace for dining alfresco,
sun bathing areas, large private swimming pool, lawn for table tennis,
badminton and recreation. Washing machine, washing lines. gas barbeque
for dining alfresco.
THE POOL:
The large 10m x 5m pool has a shallow end of 1.2m and goes to a depth
of 2m. A non-slip, paved patio is on three side of the pool with sun beds
and parasols for relaxation. A fence between the main terrace and the
pool edge is erected, on request, for the safety of very young children.

Outside/Garden: Rear covered terrace with large table for 12, front covered
terrace, swimming pool, gas barbecue, parking - 3 cars, garage, lawn for
recreation/table tennis/badminton.
General items: One set of bed linen and one towel per person provided.
Swimming towels by arrangement only.
Cot and highchair available.
Telephone for incoming and local calls.
Animals & Pets: Animals/Pets not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Local activities: Tennis available locally & way-marked rambling within
two kilometres. Cycling, fishing, golf, tennis, canoeing and lake with
many leisure activities nearby.
